Arxis Financial’s “Litigation Consulting” practice provides objective and independent evaluation of the economic and financial issues involved in partnership disputes and dissolutions. Our involvement may include assistance with technical and complex discovery issues; interpretation of the partnership agreement’s tax and accounting provisions; case strategy; projections of proposed dissolutions under several different scenarios; and valuation of entities, control interests, and non-control partnership interests. A significant strength of our practice is that accounting and valuation expertise can be hired in one expert, which saves the client fees and increases the efficiency of the case.
